Posting

  • You agree that you are the age of 18 or older.
  • You agree to USE COMMON SENSE. If you think your ad may not be appropriate or violate these terms, you agree NOT TO POST IT.
  • You agree to use keywords and/or keyword phrases in your Blog post title to help FreeAdBlogStar get indexed more effectively.
  • You agree that any Blog post that displays and/or connects with malware, porn, gambling, warez, or other inappropriate sites will be DELETED and that your account will be deleted.
  • You agree that no Blog posts will promote any form of illegal activity. You agree that all Blog posts will be fully compliant with federal and state laws.
  • You agree to no racist or hateful ads.
  • You agree that only 1 product/service will be promoted per Blog post.
  • You agree to only have links in your Blog post that point to other html web pages.
  • You agree to have no links to e-books, downloads, zip files, mp3’s etc.
  • You agree to only use text and images.
  • You agree that your ads contain no Java script, DHTML, Popups, Audio or video.
  • You agree that posts are limited to 5,000 characters or less.
  • You agree not to include profanity in your Blog post.
  • You agree that if your images do not show up due to incorrect html your Blog post will be deleted without notice.
  • You agree that any form of misleading readers will not be tolerated.

SPAM

  • You agree not to engage in any form of SPAMMING using FreeAdBlogStar URL’s.
  • You agree that deliberate SPAMMERS are subject to $5,000 per complaint and up to $100,000 if it causes downtime in any way to FreeAdBlogStar.com.
  • You agree not to SPAM any URL that contains FreeAdBlogStar.com.
  • You agree to only use email promotions to promote FreeAdBlogStar.com if the recipients are actually your own double-opt in list.
  • You agree not to purchase leads to promote FreeAdBlogStar.com.
  • You agree that promoting FreeAdBlogStar.com on safelists and through Ezine solo ads is allowed.

Accounts

1 account per person, no exceptions. If you are found creating more than one account your accounts will be deleted and your IP address will be banned from joining the site ever again.

Email

  • You agree to receive emails from admin at any time regarding the site or anything marketing related.
  • You agree to browse other members blog posts before and/or after posting your blog post!
  • You agree that violation of these terms could result in account deletion, banning of your IP address.

    Les quería comentar sobre la página de bienes raíces que se está lanzando en estos días, es una página que le ayuda a la persona a vender o encontrar su propiedad. Tiene herramientas muy interesantes, como una calculadora hipotecaria que le ayuda a uno a saber más o menos cuánto pagaría por mes según el valor total de inversión, el porcentaje de interés, tiempo a pagar todo eso es muy bueno para uno como comprador, por otro lado el sistema de búsqueda es muy personalizado es muy interesante hasta se puede ordenar de varias maneras. La página está comenzando tiene 12 propeidades solamente, pero el mismo cliente puede meter propiedades entonces estoy seguro que de aqui a poco tiempo cuando la página se de a conocer bien va ir teniendo mas propiedades, la verdad a mi me gustó mucho, si quieren verla aqui les dejo el link. http://www.propiedades506.com
